What this is
A moving finish line instead of a fixed distance. Everyone starts at the same time. After a head start an imaginary line begins to move and gets faster. Whoever is caught has their result — and everyone gets one.
This sheet works out the course of the event in advance: how far someone gets at a given pace, when the line arrives and how long the event lasts. It measures nothing and needs no location tracking. A clock and a course marking are enough to run it.

2 — Your own pace
Solid: the chaser line. Dashed: your own distance at a constant pace. The intersection is the result.
3 — Run sheet for the event
For printing. Times are minutes after the common start; the kilometre figure is the position of the line on the course.

From the data layer. The chaser line is one of several mechanics; which one fits depends on the group.
