1 — Field of use and operating mode
The field of use determines which tests are offered and how the results are shown. In school sport, group evaluation is fixed and cannot be switched off.
2 — Choose a test
Single tests or the tasks of a standardised test battery:
Overview of the battery
The entries are kept when you switch between tasks. Tap a task to record it. The whole battery can be saved as one file; the training folder reads it as several test series.
| Task | Results | Group mean | Measurement uncertainty | Status |
|---|
3 — Enter results
| Number | Trial 1 | Trial 2 | Best value | Distance from the mean |
|---|
4 — Evaluation of the group
Each tick is one result. The solid line is the group mean, the grey band the spread of one standard deviation. Names do not appear in this chart.
5 — Change across several dates
For comparing two measurement dates. The smallest change that can sensibly be evaluated is estimated from the spread of the repeated trials and is no substitute for a proper repeatability check.
6 — Procedure
7 — Limits and sources
8 — Exchange with the other tools
Save the date as a file. A saved file can be restored or used as the first date for the comparison in the section on change. In school sport the file contains group values only. In the control loop the file gives the test value of a week together with its measurement uncertainty.
