1 — Set up the group
The group consists of consecutive numbers, not names. If you need names, write them on the printed sheet — that way they stay where they belong.
2 — Attendance
One click marks present, a second one absent. The load per person follows from attendance and the planned load of the session.
3 — Plan sessions
Each session gets a template from the exercise data layer. The planned load follows from duration and effort of the exercises it contains and is an estimate, not a measurement.
| Week | Session | Template | Duration | Planned load |
|---|
4 — Group evaluation
Bars: planned weekly load of the group. Line: load actually received, weighted by attendance.
The load received per person over the whole period. Large differences between people in the same group are the most common unnoticed error in team planning.
5 — What stands out in the group
6 — Handover sheet
To print for handing over to the next person in charge — the point where most gets lost in club sport.
7 — Templates from the exercise data layer
8 — Exchange with the other tools
Save the season as a file and continue later. A session from the exercise library becomes an own template here. In the control loop the weekly values give the actual load as the mean per person.
